World Jump Rope Committee (WorldJRC, President Kim Hoo-jun, hereinafter “Committee”) established committees in Asia, India, China, Taiwan, and Australia and it now establishes Spain Jump Rope Committee (hereinafter “Spain Committee”) for the first time in Europe.

World Jump Rope Committee Spain Signing Ceremony was held on January 18, 5:00 p.m., at the office of the WorldJRC. The participants included President Kim Hoo-jun of WorldJRC and the executives as well as President Noh Hee-sung of Spain Committee.
President Kim said, “I am truly glad that we are becoming a global committee by establishing a new committee in Spain. We also plan to establish overseas branches at Asia, the United States, and Middle East. The committee plans to hold jump rope education seminars in Korea and cooperate with overseas branch presidents to decide seminar schedule as soon as COVID-19 ends. We will become a global committee by planning the World Jump Rope Contest hosted and organized by the committee.”
President Noh of Spain Committee delivered, “As the president of the first European committee, I promise to try my best with sense of responsibility. We will also try our best to support on delivering the dream and hope to global athletes by holding Jump Rope Contests and Jump Rope Seminars in Spain.”
President Noh is currently working at demonstration group for Kukkiwon and Korea Taekwondo Association. He opened a Taekwondo school in Spain to promote Taekwondo in South Korea and Spain at the same time.
세계줄넘기위원회(WorldJRC, 회장 김후준, 이하 ‘위원회’)는 아시아 인도, 중국, 대만, 호주위원회 설립에 이어 유럽 1호 스페인줄넘기위원회(이하 ‘스페인위원회’)를 설립하였다.
체결식은 18일(수) 오후 5시 세계줄넘기위원회 사무실에서 해외 줄넘기위원회 체결식이 이루어졌다. WorldCJRC 김후준 회장과 임원진들이 참석했고, 스페인줄넘기위원회에서는 노희성 회장 참석했다.
위원회 김후준 회장은 “해외 스페인줄넘기위원회를 통해 좀 더 글로벌한 위원회로 한걸음 더 가까워지고 있어 매우 기쁘게 생각한다고 말했다. 또한 아시아권 지부뿐만 아니라 미국, 중동 등 해외 지부 설립 계획도 가지고 있다. 위원회는 앞으로 국내 줄넘기 교육세미나뿐만 아니라 코로나가 종식되는 대로 각 해외지부들과 협력하여 세미나 일정을 협의하여 국제 지도자 및 국제 심판 양성을 통해 위원회에서 주최, 주관하는 세계줄넘기대회 등을 기획하여 글로벌 단체로 이끌어 가겠다.”라고 말했다.
스페인위원회 노희성 회장은 “유럽 1호 해외지부 체결을 통해 회장으로서 무한한 책임감을 갖고 최선을 다해 책무를 다할 것이며, 또한 WorldJRC Cup 스페인오픈 줄넘기대회 및 줄넘기세미나 개최를 통해 줄넘기가 전 세계 스포츠인들에게 꿈과 희망을 줄 수 있는 위원회로 더 크게 발전할 수 있도록 미약하지만 최선을 다해 돕겠다.”라고 전했다.
한편 노희성 회장은 국기원 대표 시범단과 대한태권도협회 국가대표 태권도 시범단으로 활동하였으며, 지금은 스페인에서 태권도 체육관을 오픈하여 한국과 스페인에서 태권도 발전에 힘쓰고 있다.
