11. Representative meeting and draw

1) July 13, 2023 (Thursday) 10 am / Location: Seongnam Open

International Taekwondo Championship Organizing Committee.

Participation of executives (director, coach) and representatives of each Group.

2) The lottery for brackets will be conducted electronically by the

Organizing Committee.

12. Protest

Appeals must be made by a person registered as a Group executive

(director, coach).

Athletes who are not affiliated with a group (Group) and participate in the individual event must register as an official and an athlete in order to file an appeal.

Appeal procedure

1) If there is an objection to the decision, the petition and Submit the court fee

and evidence within 10 minutes after the end of the game (management).

And the appeals committee will complete the appeal result within 20 minutes.

2) The cleaning fee is US$ (200,000).

3) Appeal deliberation shall be decided by a majority of votes in attendance.

4) Appeals committee members may summon judges related to the contest and

inquire about the truth, if necessary.

5) The decision of the Appeals Committee is final and no one can raise an objection.

Official Poomsae refers to Poomsae established and implemented by Kukkiwon.

Personal Breaking (Power)

Hand blade breaking follows the description of the hand blade in the Taekwondo textbook issued by Kukkiwon, and a breaking table with a certain height.

Obligations

4. Hand-breaking must be broken using the front part of the wrist starting from the side of the first knuckle of the little finger.

5. In principle, breaking is done once, and breaking must be done within 20 seconds after the command to start breaking.

○ How to play

① Conducting Group Competitions for each division

② - 2 rounds, 30 second break after 1 round, 2 rounds.

- 1st round match: 1 minute each designated player in numerical order (3 players compete in numerical order)

2 minutes of free substitution regardless of number

(Players can be replaced with a hand signal from the leader)

- If a player does not participate even once in the 2nd round match, he is disqualified.

- No restrictions on player substitution in round 2

- No upper score

- Additional 10 points for KO knockdown in the 1st round, provided that the KO player is replaced immediately.

Play the next game If the Group is KO'd for the second time, that Group is declared the loser.
